CHECK LIST

Thailand Visa Requirements(Tourist/Medical):  

  1.  Passport with validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
  2.  2 copy (35X45) mm size color picture with white back ground (no cap or   sun glass).
  3. Update Bank statement for the last 6 months (Minimum balance 60,000/ Taka per person and 1,20,000/ Taka for family) and bank solvency certificate.
  1. Leave letter from the office if employed.
  2. Salary bank Statement & bank solvency certificate, Pay slip or Salary certificate from the office if employed.
  3. Trade license copy Notarized if (businessman)
  4. Visiting card..
  5. If student school ID copy & NOC.
  6. In case of medical treatment, applicant should submit copy of appointment letter from the Thai hospital and letter from local doctor (BD).
